Chart your cycle – Get a diagnosis – Receive treatment

Each day you will make simple observations about your body. These observations track your gynecological health during your cycles. This is usually referred to as charting or charting your cycle. A NaPro provider will read your chart and recommend treatments for your unique cycle. Treatments can include:

• bio-identical hormone therapy (which supplement and correct your natural hormones)
• prescription medications
• or sometimes surgical procedures

• NaPro corrects the cause of infertility. IVF doesn’t usually correct the underlying infertility cause. For example, NaPro performs ultrasounds to diagnose ovulation defects. IVF doesn’t diagnose ovulation defects.
• NaPro will tailor a treatment plan unique to your needs. IVF will put you on a generic treatment plan. For example, NaPro uses your chart to tailor hormone tests specific to your cycle. IVF goes by “Day 15 of your cycle”.
• NaPro treatments are ethical and morally acceptable to all religions. IVF raises many ethical issues and is expressly forbidden by several religions.

8. NaPro effectiveness compared to IVF

NaPro Technology:

Endometriosis 56.7% – 76.4%

Pcos 62.5% – 80.0%

Tubal occlusion – 38.4

IVF:

Pcos 25.6%

Tubal occlusion 27.2%

9. How long does NaPro take?

It depends. Your timeline to see results varies because NaPro isn’t a cookie cutter approach. Your treatment plan will be tailor made to your cycle and your symptoms.
